Application: Solventless adhesive coating for fiberglass fabric double-sided tape.

1. Siemens PLC control system for the whole machine, HMI equipped at each key unit like unwinder, rewinder, coating unit. High degree of automation, easy operation, less manpower.
2. Safety protection devices, emergency stop system and fault alarm function, safer coating production.
3. Segmented and closed loop tension control for the whole machine ensures more stable tension, with servo correction/web guide, the rewinding effect is more perfect/orderly.
4. Technical engineering team supports on-site and remote service, from on-site installation & commissioning to common trouble-shooting, rest assured for after-sale service.
